Motorcycle Processions may soon earn the same privileges as a Funeral Procession after the passage of House Bill 113. if passed HB 113 would provide organized motorcycle processions with the same rights as funeral processions. It would allow these processions to proceed through traffic lights and stop signs and allow participants to direct traffic as a ride passes through an intersection. Similar bills have passed the House in 2017 and 2019, but never passed the Senate. The Pennsylvania State Police and PennDOT oppose some provisions of this bill.
