A man is dead and a teenager is hospitalized after a rollover crash in Erie County. Investigators from the Pennsylvania State Police say that Kenneth Peters of West Springfield drove onto a stretch of West Lake Road closed for construction at about 3:10AM on Saturday morning and collided with an excavator; the collision caused the vehicle to go airborne, roll multiple times and then catch fire. Peters and a 17-year-old passenger were ejected from the vehicle and Peters was killed by his injuries; the passenger was transported to an Erie hospital.
