The Office of Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro recently announced that former customers of Omega Vehicle Services, which provided extended vehicle warranties in Pennsylvania under Delta Auto Protect, may be entitled to restitution. Omega Vehicle Services and Delta Auto Protect violated consumer protection laws by accepting payment for service contracts on vehicles between $1,000-$3,000 and then stonewalled their customers that attempted to collect reimbursements or payments for repairs supposedly covered under the contracts.
