The Pennsylvania State Police are looking for information that could lead to developing suspects in a $450 shoplifting case. On labor day two suspects stole multiple power tool batteries from a hardware store in Mercer; the first suspect was described as a larger built white male with brown hair in sideburns and a goatee, he was wearing glasses, a neon green shirt, green shorts, and a black hat and hoodie – he carried a cigarette behind one ear. The other suspect was described as a larger built white female with blond hair wearing a black shirt and pants, she carried a brown purse and had a multicolored shoulder covering. PennDOT road crews will begin clearing ditches and trimming trees along a nearly five mile stretch of Guys Mills road in Crawford County between Route 173 and Guys Mills Road in preparation for a paving project that begins next year.
