A Mercer County man has been charged with indecent assault of minor and related crimes after his arrest for the alleged abuse of an 11-year-old girl. Gabriel Lindstrom of Mercer was arrested last week when CYS referred the case to the Pennsylvania State Police after a forensic interview with the victim. It is alleged that Lindstrom, who lived with the victim’s mother, assaulted her in November of last year. Hershey Chocolates has warned consumers that they will not be producing specialized Halloween Candies this year. CEO Michael Buck explained that because of supply and distribution constraints the Hershey Chocolate Company has decided to prioritize the production of its day-to-day products over seasonal specialties since they are both made along the same production lines.

If you have been to New Jersey recently you may want to check receipts; an error with EZ-Pass overcharged thousands of Pennsylvanians crossing the turnpike into New Jersey over the Delaware River. Travelers were charged $9 to cross the bridge instead of $1.25.
