The Pennsylvania State Police are searching for leads that could help them catch a man who exposed himself to people in parking lots across the region last month. On Tuesday, April 19th at 6:20 PM authorities received a phone call about a man exposing himself in the parking lot of Target on Peach Street in Erie who fled in a white Tesla car when confronted. The same man was spotted later exposing himself at the parking lot of Wal-Mart in Pine Township, Mercer County, and was pursued for a time by Grove City Police who had to break off the chase for safety concerns. The suspect is described as a male of possible Indian descent with black hair wearing a white button-up shirt and gray coat, he was driving a white Tesla car that had no license plate with black rims and red brake calipers. Anyone with information should call the Pennsylvania State Police in Erie at (814)898-1641.

Two people were hospitalized after a collision in Cranberry Township, Venango County. Police say that 20-year-old Jenna Hunt of Tionesta and a 15-year-old girl were both sent to UPMC Northwest after their vehicle was t-boned when they entered an intersection without stopping at a posted sign. The operator of the second vehicle reported no injuries.

Edinboro University will award degrees and certificates to more than 500 graduates and undergraduates at its commencement ceremony tomorrow. In all 530 students will be honored with 398 undergraduate and 132 graduate degrees. Samantha Pritchard of Titusville will provide the student address.

In state news: A Pennsylvania State Police Trooper is facing charges of drug possession after a US Postal inspector intercepted a package of illegal steroids being sent to them. Joseph Czachorowski is assigned to Troop K in Philadelphia and has been suspended without pay pending an investigation.
