A 37 year old Albion man was sent to Erie County Jail on $10,000 straight bail after allegedly attacking his parents. According to authorities on April 27th Matthew Duda assaulted his father and threatened to harm his mother if she called the police. He was arrested on April 28th and charged with two counts each of simple assault, harassment, and terroristic threats.

In Mercer County the Pennsylvania State Police are in possession of a black Nintendo Switch that was recovered on North Foster Road in Jackson Township. They are waiting for someone with proof of ownership to claim the item by calling them at (724)662-6162.

In state news a Newville Pennsylvania man could face 28 years in prison after pleading guilty to assaulting police officers in Washington DC during the riot of January 6th, 2021. Marshall Neefe confessed he was part of a group of people that pushed a large metal sign toward police officers who were trying to prevent them from entering a restricted area of the capitol. He had also posted pictures of himself on social media where he was at the riot wielding a baseball bat and other weapons.
