The Pennsylvania Game commission has reported the shooting death of a 64 year old man who died from a rifle wound to the abdomen while hunting bear on Saturday. Gary Hunt of Cory was reportedly injured at State Game lands 197 in Warren County by another hunter, a 42 year old man whose name is withheld, that had tripped and fallen; accidentally discharging his weapon. Mr. Hunt did not survive his wounds and the Game Commission is investigating.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health’s free Drive Through COVID-19 testing clinic at the Crawford County Fairgrounds continues this week until Wednesday.  Hours are from 9AM until 6PM today and tomorrow and from 9AM to Noon on Wednesday.  Anyone being tested is to enter through Gate Number 1 and follow the signs. No appointment is necessary, there is no cost for the test, registration is on site, and results should arrive within 2 or 3 days of testing.
