A 79 year old Fredonia Man was rushed to Grove City Medical Center after his vehicle was hit by a train. Crash scene investigators from the Mercer State Police say the driver ignored a signal indicating the train was on its way and passed through a railroad crossing; his vehicle was struck on the rear passenger side and tossed into a nearby ditch.

 

The Judicial sale by the Crawford County Tax Claim Bureau takes place tomorrow in Courtroom 1 of the Crawford County Courthouse. The sale begins at 10AM with bidder registration starting at 9AM. Bidders must pay $3,000 in certified funds per parcel at the time of their bid and have the remaining balance by 2:30 in the afternoon.

 

After being sold for $6.6 million the new record for most valuable sports card belongs to a former Pittsburgh Pirates player. The card printed in 1909 features Honus Wagner who played on the team for 17 years starting in 1900. Wagner also spent time as the General Manager and then coached the club for 18 years from 1933 to 1951.
