The Pennsylvania State Police has issued a warrant for the arrest of Robert Conway of Edinboro on multiple charges. It is alleged that shortly before noon on Wednesday Conway stole both a cellular phone and a car to flee the scene of a car crash where he was at fault. Conway was described as a six foot tall white male with a slender build, brown hair, and brown eyes and is known to frequent Erie, Crawford, Mercer, and Venango Counties where he has many brushes with the law. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police.

By a vote of 46-6 the Pennsylvania State Senate approved of a bill named Kayden’s Law, which is meant to protect children during custody cases. It is named after 7 year old Kayden Mancuso of Bucks County, who was killed by her father in a murder suicide during a court ordered unsupervised visit. The bill prioritizes the health and safety of children involved in custody cases as the number one concern and would create annual training judges and court personnel
