A 13 year old boy is dead and two other teenagers are injured after a UTV crash in Conneaut Township, Crawford County. The UTV rolled twice after taking a sharp turn on the unpaved Steamburg Road while the three teenagers were celebrating on Memorial Day.  The boy was the youngest of the three and was ejected from the middle seat of the vehicle as it rolled and died after arriving at a hospital. The two other victims of the crash were also hospitalized.

 

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, The Youngstown Ohio Police Department, and her family are still looking for 15 year old Alana Bonanno who has been missing since April 10th. Alana is a 5 foot tall white female with auburn hair and blue eyes; she weighs about 180 pounds. Alana was last seen wearing all black clothing with a red sweater tied around her waist and is believed to be somewhere in our region, Andover, or Williamsfield. Pennsylvania’s Department of Health has declared an end to the 2020-2021 flu season, describing it as one of the mildest on record. From September 2020 to May 2021 the state only recorded 3,664 influenza cases of all varieties, 45 hospitalizations, and 21 deaths. The flu was detected in all 67 counties.
