The Sugarcreek Police Department reports two men are dead and a woman seriously injured after a head on collision on Route 322. According to a press release made on Saturday, at 11:15 on the night of Thursday, April 23rd 54 year old Robert Deal Jr. of Erie crossed over the traffic dividing line and collided directly into another vehicle; leading to the death of himself and a 68 year old man James Lytle. James Lytle’s passenger, a woman who’s name was not revealed, was taken to UPMC Hamot.

In state news, three republican lawmakers are accusing the Wolf Administration of destroying Personal Protective Equipment for COVID that was being stockpiled at the PA Farm Show complex. State Representatives Dan Moul, Karen Boback, and Seth Grove are all committee heads in the State House and were denied a tour of the facility because they wouldn’t sign a nondisclosure agreement. The three accused the Governor of ordering truckloads of PPE from the site incinerated.
