In State News the Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed a bill which could end the twice yearly practice of changing clocks for Daylight Savings Time. By a slim 103-98 margin the House approved the bill which would allow the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to remain on Daylight Savings Time year round rather than turning clocks forward and back twice a month if the Federal Government allows a change to the rules. The bill would also add Pennsylvania to the 15 other states who have asked for such a change to the law. The bill now goes for consideration in the Senate.
