Authorities in Venango County are investigating a head on car collision which hospitalized four people on Groundhog Day. None of the identities of the four victims have been released, but the two vehicles collided just before noon on Route 157 in Cranberry Township causing both vehicles’ airbags to deploy and injuring all involved. Three people were airlifted to hospitals in Pittsburgh and a fourth was taken to UPMC Northwest.
A white Ford F-150 XLT with a passenger side third door, license plate number ZBG9928 (Zulu Bravo Golf 9928) was stolen from Bicentennial Park in Springfield Township, Erie County on Sunday January 31st. The vehicle was later found by authorities and had been crashed into a ditch in Conneaut Ohio. Anyone who may have information should call the Pennsylvania State Police in Girard at (814)774-9611.
Today is the day that Governor Tom Wolf will be presenting his budget address to the Pennsylvania General Assembly at 11AM. Because of COVID the Governor’s address will be delivered in a prerecorded video form. According to highlights released ahead of time Governor Wolf will be calling for reduced income taxes on working class Pennsylvanian’s and a larger investment in education and workforce development.
