The Pennsylvania State Police based in Meadville have announced that 16 year old Jaylyn Marie Chess is no longer missing. A story about the missing teen was published Wednesday.
COVID-19 vaccines are now available to persons 65 years old and older and individuals with high risk medical conditions that are more likely to make COVID a deadly disease; some of these conditions include pregnancy, COPD, sickle cell anemia, and cancer. Though more residents are eligible for vaccinations in the state the allotment of vaccines provided by the federal government has not increased. As of Thursday COVID has killed more than 20,000 Pennsylvania Residents and the commonwealth has confirmed 788,834 infections and performed 8.6 million tests since March of last year. 78% of Pennsylvania’s COVID-19 patients have recovered but about 10% suffer long term complications from infection.
