Ryan Muma is charged with vehicular assault and multiple traffic violations and Sabrina Littlefield was arrested for an unrelated warrant.
On Monday the United States Supreme Court ruled in favor of the State of Pennsylvania, allowing mail in ballots postmarked by November 3rd to be accepted up to three days after the election on Friday November 6th. A 4-4 deadlock decision by the high court means the original ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court will remain in place for the 2020 Presidential Election. However, Governor Tom Wolf’s efforts for the state to begin the counting of ballots before election day seems to be dead in the water after an agreement couldn’t be reached with the legislature. Over 1,000,000 mail in and absentee ballots have already been cast with the election still 2 weeks out.
