Indoor restaurants in Pennsylvania will soon be able to open at 50% capacity as long as they self certify that they are meeting compliance with all public safety guidelines, and stop serving alcohol late at night. On September 21st restaurants who’s owners self certify can double their current capacity, they may do so through using an online application which will be released on that same date, there is an added caveat for facilities with a liquor license where they must agree to no longer serve alcohol after 10PM.
