25 year old Morgan Crosscut of Fairview has been charged by authorities in Erie County for attempted robbery, aggravated assault, and more, after allegedly attacking a man with a knife at a grocery store in Girard. It’s alleged that Crosscut held a knife to the throat of a 23 year old man and demanded his wallet, but the victim was able to escape and then use a firearm from inside his car to ward off his attacker. Crosscut turned himself in at the Pennsylvania State Police barracks in Girard.

Pennsylvania Representative John Galloway of Bucks County has announced he will be self isolating at home after someone he had been in close contact with tested positive for COVID-19. Rep. Galloway has closed his primary office in Levittown and advised his staffers to also isolate for at least 14 days. He says he has not tested positive for the virus, nor has he been to Harrisburg since late July.
