State Troopers in Erie County are looking for a stolen pickup truck. On Saturday July 18th, one or more actors drove off in a truck which the owner had left idling in a parking lot in Erie County’s Fairview Township. The truck is a red 2016 Chevrolet Silverado with the license plate ZNR6113 and a custom plate on the front that reads “My Hobby is Driving my Buggy”.
If you have seen this vehicle please call the Pennsylvania State Police in Girard at (814)774-9611.

According to the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Tuesday was the third day in July in which more than 1,000 cases of COVID-19 were detected statewide. While more testing is part of the reason, the rate of infection, and rate of hospitalizations are also increasing, especially in the western half of the state. Over 102,000 cases of the disease have been detected in Pennsylvania, leading to more than 7,000 deaths.

This is a reminder that while Pennsylvania still has a moratorium on evictions and foreclosures lasting until the end of August, there is also help for families unable to meet their housing costs due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Beleaguered families can apply for assistance in paying housing bills via the CARES act by visiting PHFA.org online.
