Pennsylvania residents can access all the online services at, and the expanded services list includes options like adult education courses and resume assistance as well as the standard job search. In a presser on Wednesday, the Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine announced a partnership with Wal-Mart and Quest Diagnostics to expand access to COVID-19 testing in underserved areas including Clarion County beginning this Friday. Daily Covid 19 tests reached a record high of more than 12,000 this week but only around 500 new cases have been added per day. 68% of all COVID-19 Patients in the state have officially recovered.
