Emlenton Man Attacks Victim in Parking Lot

33 year old Blaze Bishney of Emlenton was arrested and is being charged for attacking another man in a parking lot. Authorities say Bishney was arguing with a Mr. Robert Porter of Oil City in the parking lot of a retail store when he turned it physical by slapping and then punching the man twice in the face.

Senate Approves Update to Inheritance Laws

Pennsylvania lawmakers have taken steps to catch its inheritance laws up with the 21st century. The state Senate recently approved a bill to allow individuals to include their digital assets, like websites and bitcoins in their wills. The bill still needs approval in the House.
