Cranberry Crash Sends Three to Hospital

Three people, including a six year old boy, were sent to a nearby hospital after a car crash in Venango County yesterday. Investigators report that at around ten minutes to four in the afternoon Kenzey Webber was traveling along Bredinsburg Road in Cranberry Township when her pickup fishtailed and collided head on with a car driven by a high school student on her way home from school.

 

Stolen Bows Investigated in Erie County

In Erie County, Authorities are investigating the theft of two Matthews brand compound bows from a storage locker in Wayne Township. One or more actors cut the lock on a storage unit and removed the two camouflage colored weapons from inside. Call the Corry State Police at (814)663-2043 if you have information.

 

Mom Promotes Law Inspired by Slain Daughter

A grieving mother named Kathryn Sherlock visited Harrisburg earlier this week to urge lawmakers to pass a law protecting the safety of children during custody hearings. The bill she supported is known as Kayden’s Law, and its named after her seven year old daughter who was killed by her father during an unsupervised visit last year.
