From Titusville Police Chief Dustin LeGoullon: 28 year old Sarah Bloom is wanted by Titusville PD on a felony warrant for Fleeing and Eluding Police after a high speed chase through town on Friday July 12th. On Saturday the 13th TPD officers were part of a raid that attempted to arrest Bloom at a house in Grand Valley, but she fled into the woods behind the house as police arrived. Sarah Bloom is wanted for several felony and misdemeanor warrants in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. Sudden Oak Death Discovered in PA Rhododendrons
If you purchased a Rhododendron bush this spring, it may have been subjected to a plant pathogen that causes what’s known as Sudden Oak Death. Sudden Oak Death cannot harm human beings but may spread to other plants. Signs of the disease include black and brown spotting on leaves and shoot diebacks. If you notice what may be signs call your local Penn State Extension office or Department of Agriculture office for testing and instructions. Police Seek Witnesses in Motorcycle Theft
Between midnight and 4AM on Tuesday July 16th, a Harley Davidson motorcycle was stolen from the home of a Conneautville man living in Crawford County’s Summerhil Township. The motorcycle is black in color with flame effects on the gas tank and a matte black finish over the engine. There is a dent in the left side of the tank and the bike features a chrome Vance and Hines exhaust system. Meadville Man Arrested for Child Pictures

A Meadville man was arrested yesterday State Police on behalf of the Northwest Computer Crime Task Force of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Criminal Investigations. 31 year old James Burger is facing 50 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. He will be arraigned in court today by Judge Samuel Pendolinio.
Charges for PA Man Who Climbed Massive Sculpture
A Burks County man named Jonathan Wallace is facing criminal charges after climbing a 300 foot high sculpture on the campus of Artsquest known as the Steel Stacks. Charges include reckless endangerment and risking a catastrophe.
