Wanted: William Caleb Clayton

19 year old William Caleb Clayton is wanted for the rape of a minor and other crimes by the Sugarcreek Borough Police Department. On July 1st a warrant was obtained for Clayton’s arrest on charges of rape, sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual abuse of children, solicitation for indecent assault, solicitation for unlawful contact with a minor, and solicitation for sexual abuse. PA to Create Own Insurance Exchange

Governor Tom Wolf has signed an independent insurance exchange for Pennsylvania into law. Pennsylvania will be joining 12 other states in creating its own market exchange separate of the federal government’s healthcare.gov for one run by Pennsylvania’s own insurance department. The move is expected to save the state between $80 million and $90 million per year and reduce insurance premium rates by as much as 10%.
