Man Trapped by Power Lines After Accident

A Fairmount City man was arrested for DUI after knocking down live power lines with an ATV in Clarion County. Police say Seth Hammond was under the influence when he drove a Polaris RZR 1000 side by side into a utility pole just off of route 66 in Limestone Township with enough force to knock lose a live power line. No one was injured during the incident but Hammond was trapped for several minutes while power was shut down to the area.


Woman and Girl Hospitalized After Crash

A single car crash in Venango County’s Cranberry Township sent two people to the hospital Sunday night. 39 Amanda Mazon-Snowden and a 14 year old girl were taken to UPMC Hamot complaining of neck and back pain after a collision with an embankment on State Highway 157 shortly after 8PM.


Arthur Ganson Gives Public Lecture at Edinboro April 4th

World Renowned Kinetic Sculptor Arthur Ganson will be the speaker in a free public lecture at the Campus of Edinboro University. Mr. Ganson will also be the guest juror at the School’s 2019 Art Show on April 26th. His Lecture will be in Compton Hall tomorrow night at 7PM.
