Woman Injured in Downtown Franklin Car Crash

A 24 year old woman was sent to UPMC Northwest complaining of back and neck pain after a two vehicle collision in an intersection in Franklin. According to Franklin PD Christina Wolfgang was potentially injured at the intersection of 14th and Liberty streets when Paul Polesnak of Hermitage failed to notice a stop light in his lane of travel and drove through.

 

More School Closings and Delays

Another State Senator Resigns

Another State Senator is retiring early. Earlier this week Republican Senator Don White of Indiana County announced his departure from the Pennsylvania Senate on February 28th after nearly 20 years. In leaving the 69 year old joins Senator Richard Alloway in retirement and Guy Reschenthaler who was elected to Congress.
