Man Arrested for Heroin Possession

State Troopers arrested Wesley Wertz of Adamsville Pennsylvania for Possession of a Controlled Substance and paraphernalia as well as several traffic violations. On Monday Wertz was pulled over for routine traffic violations in East Fallowfield Township Crawford County. When Wertz refused to cooperate with troopers he was detained and searched; troopers found half a gram of suspected heroin and a syringe. His car was impounded and searched after a warrant was obtained.

 

Fight at High School May Lead to Criminal Charges

Two female students at Franklin High School may be facing criminal charges after getting into a fight earlier this week. According to State Troopers a male student was assaulted and struck in the face when he tried to step in and stop the fight.
