Missing: Michael Ray Rice

45 year old Michael Ray Rice has been missing since mid August of this year and is still being sought by authorities and family members. Michael was last seen at his parents home at around 8PM on August 17th and disappeared that night without taking his cell phone, wallet, or medications for a large stomach ulcer he suffers from. On Tuesday a search operation involving multiple police and rescue units canvassed the property around the home of his parents and neighbors but turned up no leads. Michael ia a middle aged white male standing around 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds, he has brown hair and blue eyes. Worst West Nile Outbreak in Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has declared the worst outbreak of West Nile Virus in State History happened in Summer 2018. The warm wet weather was perfect for breeding mosquitoes 4,600 insects tested positive for the virus after being evaluated by health and environmental officials in different parts of the state.  72 new human cases were reported statewide resulting in three deaths this year. The worst numbers since the virus first appeared in the State in 2000.
