Man Avoids Injury After Flipping Truck on Roof

A 20 year old Guys Mills man barely avoided injury in a rollover crash. According to investigators Justin Bach lost control of his Ford F-250 on Schaffer Road in Crawford County’s Randolph Township and flipped completely over when his front tire hit an embankment. Bach was wearing his seatbelt and avoided any injuries.

 

Driver’s License and Photo Centers to Close for Weekend

All PennDOT Driver’s License and Photo Centers across the state will be closed on Saturday October 6th and Monday October 8. PennDOT is keeping the Driver’s License Centers shuttered in observation of the Columbus Day Holiday. You can still find most of the center’s services available online at www.dmv.pa.gov

 

Philadelphia Takes Down Massive Drug Ring

The three heads of a $5 million drug operation in Philadelphia are facing almost 700 charges related to drug trafficking. The alleged leaders of the Alameda Drug Ring as well as 54 others were arrested after a sting operation in the Kensington neighborhood according to Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner. With an estimated revenue of $15,000 a day from drug sales the drug ring earned about $5.5 million last year.
