Motorcycle Thief in Titusville Possessed Unregistered Pistols

Trevor Mcgarvie was arrested by Titusville PD and charged with multiple felonies on Tuesday after the owner of a local business noticed a stolen motorcycle. He had parked the bike behind an unidentified local business on Saint John Street and TPD confirmed its stolen nature. While TPD was trying to contact the motorcycle’s real owner Mcgarvie showed up and tried to take possession of the bike but the businessman stopped him and called police. Mcgarvie was arrested after a short chase on foot and unlicensed firearms were found in his possession.

 

Lawnmower Stolen from Church

The State Police are investigating the theft of a lawnmower from a church in Corry Pennsylvania. A Yard Machine brand riding mower in the signature red color was stolen from Abundant Grace Church between Wednesday the 1st and Thursday the second. Court Delays Release of Grand Jury Report Again

A report on sexual assaults on minors that names over 300 clergymen from six Pennsylvania Diocese is being delayed once more. A redacted version was slated for release yesterday but is delayed over objections from priests about how the redactions were chosen. A Special Master appointed by the courts has until Tuesday to review the objections.
