Firearms Stolen During Burglary in Titusville

The following was stolen Sunday afternoon from a home in the Venango County side of Titusville. Two .357 caliber revolvers, a Glock .40 caliber semi automatic pistol, a Ruger .243 caliber bolt-action rifle, a Remington .280 caliber bolt action rifle, and a 48 inch flat screen television manufactured by Sony.The thefts happened between 4 and 5 in the afternoon yesterday, Sunday the 24th on Troy Center Road. Titusville Man Shot in Hydetown

State Police Troopers based in Corry are investigating the shooting of a 58 year old Titusville man in Hydetown. During an argument with a 26 year old Titusville man the victim was shot one time in the abdomen by a handgun. The victim was flown to UPMC Hamot where his last known condition was critical but stable.


PennDOT Work Schedules Available

PennDOT’s work schedule for Northwestern Pennsylvania includes the closures of Lexington Road Bridge in Erie County’s Girard Township and Route 6 in Conneaut Township of Crawford County.
