Man Caught Trafficking Drugs Through Titusville

DUI, possession with the intent to deliver, and more drug related charges have been filed against Leo Hanlon Jr by Titusville PD. According to TPD Hanlon was allegedly caught driving impaired down main street at around 3am on the morning of Friday the 6th. When officers smelled the odor of raw marijuana they searched his car to reveal what’s been declared a large amount of illegal substances.


One Injured in Collision with Tree

A 23 year old Union City man was seriously injured in a Saturday evening crash in Crawford County. Daniel Rapoza was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected through the windshield of his car when he struck a tree after losing control while traveling east on Lake Road in Bloomfield Township.


General Assembly Reviews Police RADAR

Local Police forces may soon finally be able to use RADAR to enforce speed limits. Pennsylvania is the only state in the country that disallows municipal police from using RADAR to track the speed of motorists, extending that privilege to the state police only. A 2017 bill could change the law and allow city police to use them too. Police chiefs around the commonwealth are in favor, motor clubs claim some towns will abuse it to raise revenue.
