Man Apparently Without Serious Injury After Ejected from Truck

The driver of a semi was ejected through the windshield of his rig when it flipped three times on I-80 near the town of Emlenton. Thiago Macedo of Laurel Maryland was taken by ambulance to Grove City Hospital for evaluation around 6pm on Wednesday, but seemed to not be seriously injured.

Two Arrested for Erie County Burglary

18 year old Trey Lindstrom and a 16 year old teenage male were arrested by state troopers in connection with a burglary at Northrup Egg Farm in Erie County’s Concord Township. 
Both suspects are from Spartansburg in Crawford County. Lindstrom was taken to Erie County Jail while the teenager is being kept in a detention center for violating his juvenile probation.

Republicans in the State Government are seeking a stay in federal court to stop the implementation of new voting districts being enforced by Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court. Eight more Republican state lawmakers have joined the suit against the redistricted congressional election maps and Pat Toomey, the Republican Senator representing the commonwealth in Washington, has given his support and approval for the suit as well.
