Man Lets Toddler Wander While Drunk
Police say Dustin Morgan was passed out in his home while his two year old wandered the roads naked
Polk, PA –
Police arrested Dustin Morgan of Polk and charged him with child endangerment when his two year old son was found naked in the middle of Route 62. It took nearly an hour of searching to find Morgan who was allegedly passed out drunk in his home with the exterior door open, another child aged one was also unattended. Morgan was arraigned on two charges of first degree child endangerment, he is currently in Venango County Jail with bail set at $25,000 and has a preliminary hearing at 8:30am today.

An unnamed Juvenile tried to drive off in a Husqvarna Tractor in Saegertown
Saegertown, PA –
An unnamed juvenile from Meadville was arrested early Monday morning after stealing Husqvarna lawn tractor from Saegertown Hardware. He did not make it very far and got stopped in the parking lot of The Factory Restaurant by state police. The suspect was taken to the State Police barracks in Meadville to be fingerprinted and photographed, charges are pending.
$28,400 Worth of ‘Bath Salts’ Found in Tionesta
A couple from Cambria County were found with bath salts and other designer drugs
Tionesta, PA –
During a traffic stop near Tionesta a Forest County Deputy discovered nearly $30,000 worth of illegal bath salts, when Shane McAnulty of Hastings and Kimberly Buck of Northern Cambria both failed a sobriety test. A search of the vehicle revealed a large amount of bath salts that contain a dangerous and illegal stimulant, they also found a designer drug known as “Pinky”, and two glass smoking pipes. The couple also had kept fastidious records including ‘owe sheets’ that kept track of customers, digital scales, records of money orders, and order tracking numbers.
Buck admitted to acquiring what is known as a green dot card so that she could import the bath salts from China. She said that they ordered the bath salts over the internet every three days or so and that McAnulty was selling them McAnulty has been arraigned on six charges related to the possession and sale of controlled substances as well as DUI, and speeding. Buck was charged and arraigned with four charges related to selling and possessing controlled substances. They were originally pulled over for exceeding a 25 mile per hour speed limit in a residential area.
Autopsy Performed on Burned Corpse of Trucker
The results of the autopsy will not be released for some time, the body remains unidentified

The autopsy on the driver of a tractor trailer killed in a crash on Sunday is completed but it could be weeks before the results are out. The truck caught on fire after the collision and the driver could not be identified, the coroner couldn’t even tell if they were a man or a woman because they were burned so badly. By the time firefighters arrived the truck was fully involved in flames after a multi vehicle accident with the driver trapped inside.
Update: The victim is a known 24 year old man from Rolling Meadows Illinois. His name is not yet being released.
New Judicial Center Begins Operations in Meadville
Crawford County opens Courthouse 1 in new facility
Meadville, PA –
A formal dedication of the new Judicial Center for the Crawford County Courthouse is two weeks away but the building is already being used. Court Room 1 in the new structure opened up yesterday and rooms 2 and 3 should be up and running next week. The Judicial Center’s official christening is set to take place at 10am on Tuesday August 15th.
