Massive Amounts of Drugs Found in Car

153 pounds of marijuana discovered in Utah couple’s vehicle

Paint Township, Clarion County, PA –

Hockey bags containing 153 pounds of Marijuana, that’s what was discovered during an otherwise routine traffic stop of a Las Vegas Couple. Robin and William Pollock are both in their sixties and were pulled over on Interstate 80 for a minor traffic violation. During the traffic stop troopers became suspicious and asked to search their vehicle and they refused so a search warrant was obtained. A dog found the drugs hidden inside the trunk.


Fire Department Suspends Operations

Vernon Township Fire Department is out of service until further notice. An undisclosed dispute with the board of directors is the cause for closing of the departments operations, Vernon Central will continue to serve the community.


Man Commits Suicide on Interstate 90

Mckean Township, Erie County, PA –

An unidentified man committed suicide on Interstate 90 in Erie County’s McKean Township early Thursday morning. At about 3:15 AM he ran into the path of an eastbound tractor trailer, Deputy Coroner John Maloney declared him dead at the scene.


Hit and Run Vehicle Quickly Located

Erie police thank community for tips leading to discovery

Erie, PA –

Erie police located the vehicle from wednesday’s hit and run that injured a five year old girl in Erie but they are still searching for the vehicle’s driver. Evidence was being gathered from the red 2002 Ford Explorer yesterday and EPD identified the SUV’s owner but have not determined who was driving when it happened. The entire incident was captured on camera and photographs on social media and local news sources helped people quickly locate the truck.
The footage shows the driver of the Explorer hit the child and not even hesitate to keep driving away from the scene and a study of the footage has lead EPD to believe the driver was possibly a black male with light skin. Family members of the victim say that her condition is still critical but is improving.


Identity of Man Found Dead Revealed

Frank Fletcher Junior died of a heart condition

President Township, Venango County, PA –

The body discovered in President Township Wednesday has been identified as 56 year old Frank Fletcher Jr. of Oil City. Venango County Coroner has ruled his death as cardiac related natural causes.
