Woman and horse killed in bizarre Easter accident

Ashland Township, Clarion County, PA –

A Guys Mills woman was killed when her car collided with a horse in Clarion County on Easter Sunday. Beatrice King was travelling West on State Route 338 outside of Knox when she collided with the animal which crushed in the roof of her car and killed them both.


One Woman Arrested in Knife Fighting Incident

Two Franklin women brandished knives during argument

Franklin, PA –

A Thursday night knife fight in Franklin somehow only ended with one woman being taken to jail. Briana Henriquez was arrested for simple assault and physical harassment and bail was set at $35,000 during her arraignment.


Four Children Injured in Car Accident

Ohio woman misses stop sign, hits car

Cussewago Township, Crawford County, PA –

Four Children were taken to hospitals after a car crash in Crawford County’s Cussewago Township on Easter Sunday. At about 6:45 PM Ashley Sutton failed to heed a stop sign at the intersection of SR98 and Mosiertown road and collided with a vehicle driven by William Mook; each car had two children inside that were taken to Meadville Medical Center and UPMC Hamot for treatment of mild injuries.


Breakthrough in Fatal Hit and Run

A woman came forward to Millcreek Police to provide information about her involvement in a fatal hit and run that claimed the life of 84 year old Neil Schmalenbach around 2am Easter Sunday. The vehicle which killed Neil is now in police hands while the investigation into the incident continues.


Erie Man Pleads Guilty to 42 Counts of Child Pornography

William Leuschen will be sentenced in July

After pleading guilty to 42 counts of possessing child pornograpy an Erie man faces a potential prison sentence of 400 years and up to a million dollars in fines. William Leuschen was arrested last October for possession of over 700 images and videos of children depicting sex acts.
