Major Damage Caused by Vandals

One or more vandals smashed appliances and flooded the basement

Pittsfield, PA –

Vandals caused an estimated $15,000 worth of damage to a house in Pittsfield. Last Thursday an unknown number of individuals broke into the home of Paul Richards and damaged several appliances then the basement by running bathwater. The vandal(s) also stole a television, bed, and a firearm from the home before they left. Horse Stolen in Warren County

State Police Searching for leads

Columbus Township, Warren County, PA –

State Police from Corry are searching for a missing horse believed to be stolen. The horse belongs to Kevin Whetherall and is white and brown in color with light blue eyes. Whomever took the horse entered and exited the property undetected but if you may have information on the crime please call the State Police at (814)663-2043.

 

Off Duty Police Officer Wounded in Crash

Officer’s truck collided with a parked bus

Erie, PA –

An Erie Police officer was injured while off duty when their truck collided with a city bus. Joshua Vogel crashed into the back end of an EMTA bus as it was loading passengers and had to be rushed to UPMC Hamot. One passenger on the bus suffered a minor injury as well. Officer Vogel had just recently been on duty and apparently failed to see the bus.

 

Semi Falls off Overpass

Initial reports indicate 2 people might have been injured.

Richmond Township, Clarion County, PA –

Around 7am yesterday morning a tractor trailer drove off an overpass near St. Petersburg on I-80 and crashed onto Metz Road. Two people were possibly airlifted from the scene by STAT MedEvac but the helicopters were delayed by fog before they could arrive. State Police from Clarion are investigating the accident.

On Monday March 27th 63 year old Lynn Way who was injured by a drunk driver was reported to be a woman when they are a man.
