Meadville, PA – Active Aging, Inc. just announced the start of a free diabetes support group. The diabetes support group will meet the first Tuesday of the month from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Meadville Center.
Come learn and share your experience with a Registered Dietitian Certified Diabetes Educator with over 30 years of experience in diabetes education and management. The group will cover everything from basic diabetes information to convenient tips for eating healthy and staying active as well as reviews of diabetes medication.
