Details Scarce in Police Related Shooting


Sharon PA – A police officer in Sharon fatally shot and killed a young transman after a call from his mother. Shortly before midnight on Friday Sean Hake was fatally shot by a member of SPD responding to a domestic disturbance. The unnamed officer is on administrative leave while State Police Major Case Team investigates and a press conference to discuss their findings could come as early as today. Adult Diploma Program Returns to Penncrest


Crawford County PA – The Titusville Regional Literacy Council has brought back their adult diploma program to the Penncrest School District. After three years the program has returned to Eastern Crawford County which was cancelled because of transportation issues. Meadville PA – Russell Woodrow, the man who started a manhunt on the outskirts of Meadville last Wednesday is in a lot of trouble. He faces two sets of charges for his wednesday night crime spree that ended with a crashed van and three attempted break ins; his bail is set to a total of $85,000. Woodrow is accused breaking into at least four vehicles in the city of Meadville and stealing a dashboard drive camera, a baseball cap, sales reciepts, and ID cards before boosting a 2007 Chervolet Uplander and heading East on SR27. At about 5am that same morning the Uplander crashed by the intersection with Moyer Road and a seemingly unperterebed Woodrow attempted to break into two homes and a garage before he was caught by State Police.
