National Cleanup efforts resume today where tornadoes touched down in western Pennsylvania.  Weather Service officials confirmed yesterday that an EF-1 twister with 105-mile-per-hour winds roared through parts of Armstrong and Butler counties.  The hardest-hit area was in Parker, where the storm damaged houses and uprooted trees, but no injuries were reported.
